By participating in TAC’s vision insurance program, through VSP Vision Insurance, participants have access to affordable, innovative vision care solutions through an experienced and diversified vision care network.
Who is eligible?
All regular full-time and regular part-time employees are eligible. Application to participate must be submitted within the first thirty days from the date of hire to be automatically enrolled.
TAC’s vision insurance plans offer the following benefits:
|Comprehensive eye exam – once every 12 months||$10 co-pay|
|Eyeglass or contact lenses – once every 12 months||$25 co-pay|
|Eyeglass frames – once every 24 months||$25 co-pay|
(When lenses and frames are purchased at the same time, only one co-pay will be required.)

How much does it cost?
TAC’s vision insurance plan is a voluntary plan and is provided as a part of the Section 125 Cafeteria Plan. Premiums will be payroll deducted on a pre-tax basis.
