With all the recent advances in dental care, regular checkups and proper dental maintenance, no one should suffer from tooth decay or dental disease. By participating in Truman Arnold Companies’ dental program, through Arkansas Blue Cross Blue Shield Dental, participants have the opportunity to make dental care much easier and less costly.
Who is eligible?
All regular full-time and regular part-time employees are eligible. Application to participate must be submitted within the first thirty days from the date of hire to be automatically enrolled.
Plan Highlights – TAC’s Dental Plan covers services on the following basis:

|Major Procedures (dentures; crowns; root canals)||50%|
|Orthodontia Procedures (children only)||50%|
The plan offers a $1,500 per person per calendar year maximum for preventive/basic/major services and $1,500 per child lifetime maximum for orthodontia services. While there is no deductible for preventative services, the plan does require a $50 for individuals and $150 for family per calendar year deductible for other services.

How much does it cost?
TAC’s dental insurance plan is a voluntary plan and is provided as a part of the Section 125 Cafeteria Plan. Premiums will be payroll-deducted on a pre-tax basis.
